third day clay unfortunately does not ship outside of the United States at this time. I'm still getting a hang of shipping in the U.S.!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IN MY ORDER?
Be sure to look for the fun stickers and care instructions in the cup itself, and an order summary slip, along with a thank you card in the box.
HOW DO YOU PACK THESE ORDERS?
All orders are carefully packaged and protected with compostable packing peanuts and brown packing paper.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CERAMICS?
Please wash all items you receive before using. All pieces are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended. Avoid using an abrasive sponge when hand washing, as it may damage your piece.

CAN THESE PIECES GO IN THE MICROWAVE?
All pieces are microwave safe. Do not take ceramic item from one extreme temperature to another. Doing so may result in thermal shock, thus damaging your piece. Please also be careful handling cup with hot liquid inside! ​
ARE THESE CUPS CUPHOLDER-FRIENDLY?
These cups weren't originally made to be travel cups, so some of the older 15 oz sized cups will not fit in cupholders. Some of the newer 15 oz cups may be slightly more cupholder-friendly since they have a rounder base. I will work toward making these cups more and more compatible with cupholders in each batch! Any smaller sizes (10 oz and under) should be cupholder-friendly!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because these items are handmade and limited edition, returns, refunds, and exchanges because of a change of mind are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. Orders are all carefully packed, but we know complications can happen during the shipping process. If you receive an item broken in the mail, please contact thirddayclay@gmail.com immediately (the sooner the better!) with clear photos of the broken item(s) and the condition of the package and we can work out a solution. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
DROP DATES, TIMES, & INFORMATION
To find information about drop dates and times, be sure to check on my Instagram @thirddayclay in the "Updates" story highlight or subscribe to the newsletter to receive information periodically. Specific dates and times are generally not announced until 2-4 days before the date that is set. I like to wait until I know how the glaze firings turn out before setting a date and time for the drops!
